7 Clever Medical Habits to Build for Proper Diabetes Management




1. Know your doctor ( તમારા ડોક્ટર  ને જાણો )
You should be aware about who your doctor is, is he a Diabetologist (Diabetes specialist) or just a general physician. It's always the best to consult a Diabetologist for proper diabetes management because not only he's a specialist in diabetes but also he's experienced in handling cases. But we understand that in many remote areas such specialist might not be available so if your doctor isn't able to control your diabetes properly then we strongly recommend changing your doctor as soon as possible.

2. Take a second advice from an expert

You might face a situation where your doctor recommended you some medicines which aren't working on your body or tell you something about your body that could be hard for you to digest. In such cases it's good to take a second advice from an expert about the medicines or about the complication if any you might be having.

For knowing your medicine either ask the chemist guy or search online on different websites till you aren't clear about the purpose of the medicine.
